If you don't have Jesus Christ, then you have nothing and your life on earth will be a complete waste of time and resources. A life with Jesus Christ is the only life that counts. "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing." John 15:5. We all have questions regarding God’s paradise in heaven; as Christians, there is nothing more disappointing as spending all your life on earth convinced that you will go to Paradise when you die only to arrive there and hear Jesus say to you, “You are not saved; you are going to hell.” Imagine the shock at that point because it will be too late to change anything. Jesus gave us a stark warning of what to expect on that day.     “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’ " Matthew 7:21-23. 

 

God made you and gave you life through His son Jesus Christ. God made you to worship and glorify him. Many of us have been deceived to believe that we are here on earth to have a good life and just live for ourselves. The truth is, life is a gift from God and we must use it to honor the one who gave us life. Your life was made through Jesus Christ; your life was bought and paid for with the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross.

 

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him." John 3:16-17. For your life to count, you must live for Jesus Christ, not for yourself. Repent now before it is too late.
